What is Colfax Strong?

Colfax Strong's specialty is not specializing in any one fitness style.


We require you to think, use your brain as well as your muscles, learn, challenge yourself, try new things you never thought you could, and practice new skills that require you to be focused and present.  We teach you how to move your body with proper mechanics, stability, balance, and agility. 


You will feel the results in your everyday life.

Classes are designed for scalability and apply equally well to all individuals no matter their age or fitness level – as long as they are willing to put forth the effort.  By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness level and experience.  This means everyone does the “same” workout varied only by their ability to perform it.

What we do is not easy; the workouts are vigorous, but simply put, IT WORKS


You will feel better than you have ever felt, you will feel younger, more fit, and have more energy with less aches and pains.  You will accomplish physical feats you never thought possible and you will be stronger than you have ever been.

The beauty of our sport is that we are all in it together, motivating one another. It’s a sport where the person last to finish the workout receives more high fives than the person first to finish.


Love this box! I've done Crossfit before but frankly, kept getting injured an it was so frustrating. I just figured it wasn't for me. After meeting the owners by chance, they convinced me to give it another try and come in to see them.


This gym- these owners, these trainers, truly care about each member. Safety was a top priority and who knew?- I'd not really been taught proper movement- hence the injuries. I can't put into words how amazing it feels to not keep getting knocked down on my goals. They have built an incredible environment and community.
